About Us

Corporate Advantage Network, LLC was founded in 1996 by its Principal and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Bill Soller.

The aim was to form a Process Engineering business that specializes in coaching business leaders in the Deming Management theories, operational excellence, continual improvement, lean six sigma problem solving, quality management systems, and supply chain management. 

Bill has over 30 years of extensive Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management  Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, AS9100), Process Engineering and Supply Chain Management experience in a variety of businesses. 

Bill  is also a Seminar Facilitator for The W. Edwards Deming Institute. 

He has been a principal process engineer for weather satellites (ITT Aerospace with NASA), missile guidance systems (Hughes Aircraft for the Army), high end computer servers design and manufacturing (Tech Data), food manufacturing (Kroger), heavy truck manufacturing (Core Molding) and at a variety of other industries and sizes of companies. 

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the DeVry Institute of Technology in Columbus, Ohio. He is a Master Black Belt and a Senior Member and Chair for the Columbus, Ohio Section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

He holds certifications from ASQ as a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. Bill has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients and is considered an expert in continuous improvement.
